  • Working within Aptiv polymer films department; Mainly Tensile Strength and Mechanical Property testing of a vast variety of film thicknesses in addition to DSC analysis and Contact Angle measurements within unpredictable schedules
  • Handing over test results using Microsoft Dynamics AX and inputting turnarounds into a KPI spreadsheet
  • Supporting Aptiv Technical & Product Development teams with investigative analysis test requests based upon customer complaints. Also participated with testing trial material for release of potential new film products
  • Other duties performed: Surface Roughness (Peak to Valley) and DSC on UD Tapes and Gauge R&R work to support a Continuous Improvement strategy
